Centrifugal Fans
- Centrifugal Fans are designed to move air, gases, and process fumes efficiently through industrial ducting and ventilation systems. The fan operates by drawing air into the centre of the rotating impeller and directing it radially outward due to centrifugal force. The generated pressure enables the fan to transport air or gas through ducts, filters, heat exchangers, scrubbers, and other process equipment.
These fans are available in different impeller designs, sizes, materials, and operating configurations to meet specific flow, pressure, temperature, and application requirements. They are widely used in power plants, cement plants, steel industries, chemical plants, process industries, and general industrial ventilation systems.

Multi Louver Dampers
Multi Louver Dampers are designed with multiple parallel blades arranged across the duct. Each blade is mounted on a centrally positioned shaft, with the shafts extending through the damper frame and connected to a common operating linkage. These dampers are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and can be manufactured in sizes up to 7000 mm, making them particularly suitable for power plant installations. They are primarily used for regulating, balancing, and controlling airflow.
They are primarily used for regulating, balancing, isolating, and controlling airflow within ducting systems.
Advantages
Compact flange-to-flange dimensions for space-efficient installation
Lightweight and robust construction
Floating blade arrangement helps minimize thermal distortion
Different materials can be selected for upstream and downstream blades based on operating conditions
Alloy or stainless-steel cladding can be provided for enhanced corrosion and temperature resistance
Low pressure drop, ensuring efficient airflow
Insulated blade construction available for high-temperature applications
Common operating linkage provides synchronized blade movement and reliable operation
Elliptical Louver Damper
Elliptical Louver Dampers provide reliable and efficient control of air and gas flow in industrial ducting systems. Their aerodynamic elliptical blade design helps reduce pressure loss while providing smooth flow regulation, dependable shut-off, and durable performance under demanding operating conditions.
Butterfly Dampers
Butterfly Dampers offer a straightforward and economical solution for controlling and isolating airflow and gases. Stainless-steel construction is available for applications involving elevated temperatures and can be supplied in a wide range of sizes.
Different sealing configurations can be incorporated depending on the required leakage performance. For applications requiring maximum isolation, twin sealing arrangements combined with a sealing air fan can provide sealing efficiency of up to 100%.
Depending on the operating requirements, the damper can be operated manually using a hand lever or reduction gearbox, or automatically through pneumatic or electric actuators.
Emergency Shut-Off Dampers
Emergency Shut-Off Dampers are actuated safety devices designed to rapidly stop the flow of hazardous fluids or gases when a dangerous condition is detected. Their primary purpose is to protect personnel, equipment, and the surrounding environment from potential hazards.
These dampers can form an important part of a Safety Instrumented System (SIS), where automated protective action is initiated following detection of a hazardous event. Emergency shutdown dampers are commonly associated with petroleum and process industries, although similar protection may be required in other industrial applications.
Guillotine Damper
Guillotine Dampers utilize a flat plate or gate that moves vertically to open or close the flow passage. They are commonly used to isolate or regulate the movement of gases, dust, and particulate materials through ducts, pipelines, and chimneys.
The vertical sliding action of the plate provides effective isolation and controlled flow. Their simple and robust construction makes them suitable for industrial applications requiring dependable gas or particulate flow control.
GUILLOTINE GATE
- Size max duct opening: 6000 × 7838 mm
- Project: Shree Cement Raipur
Diverting Gate
Diverting Gates are designed to redirect the flow of bulk materials discharged from equipment located above the gate. They allow the material stream to be transferred toward an alternative processing line or diverted to a separate bin when the material does not meet the required specifications.
Features
- Dependable and consistent operation.
- Strong and robust construction.
- Simple operation and maintenance.
- Good resistance to corrosion
Slide Gate
A Slide Gate uses a flat closure plate that moves across the material flow path to either permit or stop the movement of bulk materials. It is one of the commonly used equipment types for material isolation and flow control.
Slide Gates are suitable for a variety of demanding industrial environments and can be designed for applications involving high temperatures and high operating pressures.
